So far, our company's product quality problems have not been completely improved: customer inspection and rework still occur, customer complaints after sales, and the return rate is still high. In order to improve our current quality situation, the responsibility belongs to everyone. The following systems and departments must Execute unconditionally.

1. Incoming material inspection Every batch should be randomly inspected from the upper, middle and lower parts to prevent the supplier from mixing unqualified products into the bulk. (Responsible person: IQC of quality department)

2. For materials that need to be tested, such as plastic parts, each batch needs to be tested. Prevent suppliers from being opportunistic. (Responsible person: Purchasing Department, Quality Department IQC)

3. For all the materials entering the warehouse, they must have the inspection mark of the quality department before they can enter the warehouse. Before entering the warehouse, they must be counted. For fabrics, sealing tapes, and glue. ． ． ． For inseparable materials, the warehouse management shall carry out spot checks. (Responsible person: Quality Department, Warehousing Department)

4. The warehouse keeper must send materials to the production line according to the number of orders. The materials sent must be handed over by point. The production materials entering the production line must be inspected by the inspection team leader of the quality department, and the unqualified materials in batches must be held accountable. material inspection. 5. When the production line is in production, the production management must require employees to conduct self-inspection on raw materials and semi-finished products produced by the previous process. Unqualified products found by employees' self-inspection can be rewarded according to the "Reward and Punishment System". (Responsible person: production team leader, IPQC)

6. When packing, the packing group must strictly follow the "fixed number management system" and carry out counting and packing according to the standard of 50 sets. (Responsible person: packaging team leader, finished product inspection FQC)

7. When the finished product inspector FQC randomly checks the assembled finished product, if it finds that there are unqualified products flowing into the packaging line, it will be held responsible for the responsibility of the line inspection IPQC. (Responsible person: production team leader, IPQC, FQC)

8. Finished product shipment inspection, customer inspection finds that there are quality problems, and the production team leader, IPQC, and FQC are held accountable. (Responsible person: Production Department, Quality Department)

9. Purchasing department and quality department conduct interviews with suppliers, and all raw material suppliers must give us a "Quality Assurance Agreement". Have this done by the end of February. For suppliers who do not cooperate and do not support the quality, we can adopt the tampering system.

10. The salesman should maintain in-depth communication with his customers once a month or every quarter, and can visit customers more to understand and solve the problems of customers in depth.
